"Pretty disappointed. Sent my husband for a cut so I wouldn’t have to do it (pregnant) and the blend is absolutely horrible. He said the wash was good and that’s all that’s saving me from giving a single star. His cut is not complicated, no bald fade or high and tight, he gets a simple gentlemen’s cut with a low taper."

"Bad Bad Bad. When these guys opened I really liked the attitude and the price. The stylists were chipper and nice, and they moved you along . The cuts were good if not particulary refined ,and the price on hair product was very competititve. I went in today , and was kept waiting for fifiteen minutes. There were two stylists working. One seemed to be flirting with the custonmer and spent an inordinate amount of time clipping hair that was already cut. The other ,was a surly and uncommunicative woman, who finished with her customer, and went in to vaccum up hair. I went in to ask how long the wait was , and was told that it would be at least another ten minutes ( there were only two of us waiting) , and that sdomeone was ahead of me. I reposndend that I had been waitng for fifteen mionutes already ,and nonbody had siad anyhting, at which point the stylist with the nose ring got an attititude and said "yeah and there is osmeone ahead of you." Too bad. Between me and my son we have been droping about 100.00 buscks a months in here on product and cuts. They just lost a customer. I'm sure I can find somewhere that values my time, money and isn';t unpleasant."

"Comfortable environment, friendly staff, and good prices. Amanda cut my hair and did a great job. I really recommend paying the extra money and getting the 'MVP', hot towel, head massage, and massage chair makes for a nice chance to unwind quickly and relax a bit. The place has a sports theme to it, with TVs up playing sports for you to watch while you get your haircut. So you won't miss any games if you need to get a cut before the next work week. They don't take reservations, but if you call when you're on your way they'll add your name to list which will reduce your wait if they are busy (I walked in and right into a chair). They also sell products, like they're fantastic TeaTree shampoo and conditioner and hair gels/waxes and such. Like all haircuts, don't blame the barber/stylist if you leave them guessing at what you want done."

"I have been going here for years and taking by two boys. I like all the hair stylists but Nikki the manager is my favorite. I will be back and bring my kids!"

"I have been coming here for a couple of years seeing many different ladies but finally decided to stick with an amazing lady named Jana. Everything has been going great but today was the most horrible experience. I call first because my 8 year old son was coming with me. They tell me to check in online, so I did. The wait was going to be 25 minutes but as I was finishing the wait changed from 25 to 0 minutes. So I call back to make sure that I am not mistaken. I call again and the lady tells me to have my son and myself come down right now. I race down to make sure we were not having Jana wait. We get there and wait about 8 minutes then Jana has someone else that she had to do. WHAT? Why didn't the person just say that there was someone in front of me. I wouldn't had tried to get my 8 year old slammed in the car. Then the manager, Kristen, tells Jana that I just didn't want to wait. Are you Kidding me! After the haircut Kristen apologizes but I am telling you, it was so insincere it was all about we have been on a wait all day sorry. Etc. crazy very horrible customer service I have had in a long time and it seemed we customers are only a number and no one cares at all."
